The Murdock Trust has assembled an outstanding group of professionals who lead the activities of the Trust. In addition to the core team of executive, program, and administrative staff, the Trust engages a talented group of Senior Scholars, adjunct faculty and staff, interns, and advisors who assist in the management and implementation of the grant programs, enrichment programs, investment activities, and other work of the Trust.

Executive Director Steve Moore Dr. Steve Moore is the Executive Director of the Murdock Trust. As the organization’s chief executive officer, he is responsible for all programs and activities of the Trust. Steve joined the Trust in 2006. "The Murdock Trust has invested over $650 million since its founding in 1975. We are deeply appreciative of the organizations and individuals who weave the fabric of strong communities and a vibrant culture. In many ways the work of the Trust is 'upstream,' working in leadership development, capacity building, scientific research, education, and other areas that strengthen organizations and help them fulfill their mission."
