Grants Support Staff
Colleen Allbee - Technology Coordinator
Colleen celebrated 25 years with the Trust in 2008. She has performed many functions in those years and now specializes in the Trust's technology, which involves training and troubleshooting services for the staff, and keeping us current with all the latest computer-related programs. She also manages the details of the grants program and is our chief website manager. Colleen and her husband have two children, and four grandchildren, and live in Vancouver, Washington |
Marybeth Stewart Goon - Senior Program Assistant
Marybeth joined the Trust in 1989. She handles the final stages of proposal processing and award announcements and provides special assistance in developing and implementing grants programs and doing institutional research. She has a baccalaureate degree in music and has taught music. She and her husband live in Camas, Washington, with their two children. |
Sheila Flannigan - Program Assistant
Sheila has been with the Trust since 1992. She provides a variety of secretarial functions and is responsible for coordinating events sponsored and hosted by the Trust. Sheila provides primary assistance in the Trust's Development Seminars and in conference site activities of the Partners in Science Program. Sheila has two grown children and lives in Woodland, Washington. |
Kathy Kidwell - Program Assistant
Kathy joined the Trust in 1997 as receptionist and now serves a different role in providing a variety of secretarial services to the grants program and to general office operations. She and her husband live in Vancouver, Washington where she is active in community affairs. |
Mary Hill - Program Assistant for Enrichment
Mary came to the Trust in mid-1999 as receptionist and to her present position in 2004. She provides support services for all of the Trust's enrichment programs. Mary and her husband have three grown children and four grandchildren, and live in Vancouver, Washington. |
Kathy Freitas - Executive Assistant
Kathy joined the Trust in 2001 after many years at the University of Portland as Administrative Assistant in the School of Nursing. She now provides support and assistance to the Executive Director and Senior Program Directors and oversees office maintenance and management. Kathy and her husband have three children and two grandchildren, and live in La Center, Washington. |
Alicia Meyer - Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
Alicia joined the Trust in October 2006 and serves as Director of First Impressions. Besides being the voice of the Trust and a welcomer of guests, she provides secretarial services that are supportive of office operations. Alicia and her husband live in Portland, Oregon, with their daughter. |
