Partners in Science Conference
To support its Partners in Science Program, the Trust hosts a regional conference each August in Vancouver, Washington. The conference brings together Pacific Northwest high school science teachers currently supported in the program to discuss their research with colleagues. Veteran teachers who are no longer supported in the program and research mentors for current teachers are also invited to attend. Open attendance without an invitation is not available for this conference.

Partners in Science Program An annual national conference associated with the Partners program is sponsored by the Trust and held in January. The national conference hosts current Partner teachers, their research mentors, veteran teachers and mentors from past Partners programs, and teachers and mentors in similar programs from other parts of the country. Participants discuss their research and their efforts to incorporate research methods into high school science classes. In addition to oral and poster research presentations, functions include workshops on teaching methods as well as major presentations by national research leaders. Attendance at this conference is by invitation only.
